The Haribon Foundation

The Haribon Foundation is an unregistered charity organisation and violent eco-terrorist villain group.

Before its seizure by the capes Carrion Call, Sawa, and Recycler, the Haribon Foundation was a legitimate environmental charity. The organisation now focuses on political assassinations and violent attacks on mining, deforestation, and construction projects.

Haribon generally operates outside of the Fort, but makes appearances within the walls for assassinations and terror attacks.

Carrion Call

The exact mechanics of Carrion Call's powers are unknown, but she always seems to attack first with a throwing knife, arrow, or gun, and then seemingly controlling various animals to attack the wounded person. Carrion Call has several pets that she brings into battle - most notably a Phillipine Eagle and two monitor lizards.

Sawa

Sawa uses and controls a length of metal chain tipped with long blades.

Recycler

Recycler is a tinker who seems to specialise in repurposing technology. His largest and most dangerous creation is a giant mech suit made out of a decommissioned RWE Bagger 288 excavator.
